All items in this set have a fully encapsulated 4.2 mm Stainless Steel and aluminium bonded base that ensures food heat quickly and evenly without hot spots that can burn foods. This set is suitable for use on all heat sources including induction hobs. All cookware in Buckingham classic collection with phenolic (bakelite) handles and knobs are oven-safe up to 180 C / 350 F / gas.

Saucepans 16 cm / 1.6 Litres, 18 cm / 2.3 Litres & 20 cm / 3.2 Litres all with glass lid. Milk Pan (spouted on both sides) 14 cm / 0.9 Litre, Sauté pan / Frying pan 24 cm / 2.7 Litres, both with Xylan non-stick coating.

Tempered glass lids with steam air vent. Rolled edge pots to avoid sharpness.
