14 piece New Era by Vollrath Induction Cookware Set

This is a well-cared-for 14 pc. Set of New Era by Vollrath, now known as Heritage Steel. This set was manufactured in the 1980's. It features lids with built in on/off venting. The lid knobs turn to open and close the vent, allowing you to control temperature and moisture levels.

This brand uses 5 layers of stainless steel and is compatible for induction cooktops. It is missing the poached egg cups that would go in the flat piece with the 6 holes. There are multiple resources to learn how to best use and care for this well-made and high-end cookware. This set contains the normal wear you would see in used cookware. However, there are no deep scratches or defects in any of the pieces.
